How do I enter?

Purchase a promotional bottle of Crabbie’s then visit www.crabbiesgingerbeer.co.uk click the promotional banner and enter your contact details, including the unique code from underneath the back label on your bottle. You must enter all of the required details.  Make sure you keep hold of the label as you may need it to validate your prize if you’re a winner!

 

Do I need to buy Crabbie’s to participate?

Yes, you will need to buy one of the promotional bottles which have a promotional label on them.  The promotion is running on the following variants:  Crabbie’s Original 500ml or Crabbie’s Raspberry 500ml.  Promotional bottles are available in selected stores, while stocks last.

 

Who is eligible to participate?

Residents of United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.  Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agencies and anyone professionally connected to the promotion are excluded.

 

How long will the promotion last?

The promotion opens on 17th October 2016 and closes at 23:59:59 on 31st May 2017.

 

What instant win prizes can be won?
The instant win prizes that are available to be won are as follows:

What prize draw prizes are available to be won:
There will be five prize draws across the promotional period. Prizes available to be won for each prize draw are:
– Two winners will receive two tickets to a Rugby match.

How often are the prize draws?

5 prize draws will also take place during the promotional period as listed below:
– Prize draw 1: 5th December (For the period 17th October 2016 – 4th December 2016).
– Prize draw 2: 20th January 2017 (For the period 5th December 2016 – 19th January 2017).
– Prize draw 3: 6th March 2017 (For the period 20th January 2017 – 5th March 2017).
– Prize draw 4: 25th April 2017 (For the period 6th March 2017 – 24th April 2017).
– Prize draw 5: 1st June 2017 (For the period 25th April 2017 – 31st May 2017).

 

Where do I find my promotional code?

The unique code is printed underneath the back label of your promotional bottle.

 

I can’t read my promotional code, what should I do?

If your code is illegible due to a genuine printing problem, please contact Customer Services by emailing Customer.Services@halewood-int.com You may be asked to send a photograph of the label & promotional code.

 

My promotional code doesn’t work, what should I do?

Please check that you have entered the code correctly. It must be entered exactly as it appears on the label. If it still doesn’t work, please contact Customer Services by emailing Customer.Services@halewood-int.com

 

Do I need an email address to participate?

Yes, your email address is required as part of the online entry process. It is important that your email address is entered correctly. We need your email address in case we need to contact you regarding your entry and/or prize. You must ensure that your email is valid and contactable for the duration of the promotion. In the event of an entrant’s email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, we are not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address. Halewood International respects your privacy and any information entered will only be used for the purpose of carrying out this promotion, unless you have opted in to receive special offers and news about Halewood International brands.

 

How do I win?

Prizes have been linked to independently-verified ‘winning moments’ (defined to the date, hour, minute & second) during the promotional period.  Entrants who submit a valid entry and are the first to enter on the winning moment or who are closest to enter after the moment has passed will be determined as a winner.

 

What happens if I’m a winner?

If you’re a lucky winner, once you have submitted your entry, you will see a page congratulating you on your win!  You will also receive a confirmation email.

 

What if I don’t receive my prize?

Please allow 28 days for your prize account details to arrive following your entry.  If after this time they still haven’t arrived, please contact Customer Services via Customer.Services@halewood-int.com
